Tiffany Mitchell brings a calm, thoughtful presence and a strong sense of purpose to her role as a Client Engagement Specialist at Peregrine Global Services. With over a decade of experience in education, Tiffany has built a career grounded in strong relationships, student advocacy, and designing learning experiences that help individuals grow and thrive. Guided by a genuine love of learning, Tiffany approaches Client Engagement with clarity, curiosity, and a steady focus.
Tiffany began her teaching career overseas at The American International School of Kuwait teaching 1st grade, and has since served in a variety of roles in the U.S., including teaching 3rd, and 5th grades, serving as a Gifted and Talented Education teacher, and mentoring fellow educators through leadership roles. Whether supporting students with individualized needs, leading Science Olympiad teams, or collaborating with families, Tiffany has consistently led with compassion, intentionality, and creativity.
In her role at Peregrine, Tiffany builds strong relationships with higher education partners, offering strategic support, personalized guidance, and thoughtful communication. Her background in teaching, curriculum development, and community engagement gives her a unique ability to understand client needs and provide meaningful, targeted support.
Tiffany Mitchell holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the American College of Education and a B.S.Ed. from Northern State University. She also earned a Gifted Education Endorsement from the University of Iowa and holds multiple teaching certifications.
Outside of work, Tiffany is grounded by her strong values and close-knit family. In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing board and card games with loved ones, and performing on the alto saxophone with the Big Horn Big Band.
