Processing the Data

Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT-enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. The Rights of Users

Users have the right to know whether their personal data has been stored. This application does not support “Do Not Track” requests.

The data controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by giving notice to its users on this page. It is strongly recommended to check this page often, referring to the date of the last modification listed at the bottom. If a user objects to any of the changes to the policy, the user must cease using this application and can request that the data controller remove the personal data. How We Share Your Information

Peregrine Global Services may share user information, including personal information, as follows:

  • Educational Institutions or Sponsoring Organizations through which students utilize our services. 
  • In Response to Legal Process or we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, or violations of our Terms of Service or this policy.

Peregrine Global Services may share aggregated, anonymized (non-personally identifiable) information for the purpose of benchmarking data, research, and academic improvement.

Our site and services may contain links to third-party websites.  Except as noted for Peregrine above, any access to and use of such linked websites is not governed by this policy but instead is governed by the privacy policies of those third-party websites. We are not responsible for the information practices of such third-party websites.

Other Compliance and regulatory entities

Peregrine Global Services also adheres to the policies and regulations for the following but not limited to: Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance (COPPA), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
