Amber Ratcliff, Client Engagement Specialist, is passionate about finding solutions to complex problems. As a first-generation college graduate, Amber recognizes the importance of higher education’s impact on the world. Her excitement for education and helping others shines through daily as she cultivates positive relationships with clients, partner organizations, and learners. She has a knack for solving problems and is often recognized by her team and our clients as someone who genuinely listens. As she educates and onboards new and existing clients, she ensures that all questions are answered – serving as a trusted advisor and guiding clients to achieve their desired outcomes. In addition, her role includes managing projects, client communications, giving presentations, and serving as an expert on all of Peregrine’s services.
Amber’s talent for solving problems and exceptional communication skills come from more than 10 years of providing customer service and managing logistics. Due to her logistics experience, Amber is skilled at understanding complex systems and utilizing her ability to recognize patterns, forecast potential outcomes, and react appropriately. These skills help her as she advises clients and helps them find practical solutions. Additionally, Amber continually practices servant leadership regardless of her position, title, or level. She focuses on the growth and well-being of people around her, ensuring she provides the support and resources to help her teammates and our clients. Amber graduated in 2011 from the University of Phoenix with her Associate in Business Administration.
Amber is also a wife and mother of two wonderful children. She spends her free time connecting with her family.
