Client Engagement Specialist
Sarah Bailey, a Client Engagement Specialist, is a collaborative team player who always provides exceptional service. Building relationships internally and externally has contributed to her success, and she thrives on interacting with the people around her and helping them feel connected. She aims to bring happiness to every conversation and empathize with those around her.
Since joining the team in 2017, Sarah has discovered her innate ability to train and develop other team members. Sarah feels the most fulfilled when she is imparting knowledge and supporting someone else’s success. She educates and onboards new and existing clients, manages projects, gives presentations, and serves as an expert on all of Peregrine’s services. Sarah enjoys the diversity of tasks and responsibilities in each workday and finds the challenge of adapting and shifting gratifying.
Sarah earned an Associate of Science in General Studies and an Associate of Science in Information Technology from Gillette College in 2018. She has a knack for problem-solving and uses her experience in customer services and information technology to solve technical issues quickly and effectively for clients and students.
Sarah spends her free time on the go with her children in her free time – running them back and forth from youth sports, standing in the bleachers cheering her kids on, and coaching her son’s football team. She takes time for herself by snuggling up with some tea and her dog, often reading a self-help or inspirational book or watching true crime documentaries. She also enjoys traveling with her family and baking. The Peregrine team benefits from the goodies she brings in for everyone to try.
She believes in the power of positive thinking and cites one of her favorite quotes from Henry Ford as inspiration for her own positivity: “Whether you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right.”
