To advance healthcare administration education, we must measure what we plan to manage. However, assessment is only as good as the data collected and used to improve program effectiveness. Therefore, it is essential for healthcare administration programs to ensure they have processes in place to analyze data, present data to key stakeholders, make recommendations for changes based on results, and implement changes in a sustainable and trackable way.

Join us and our thought partner, Shelly Gompf, Ed.D, Director of Healthcare Leadership & Professor at Concordia College – Moorhead, MN, for this webinar on assessing learning outcomes in healthcare administration education. During the webinar, Shelly Gompf will share how her institution utilizes data to set goals, assist with decision-making and planning, and satisfy certification requirements.

Shelly Gompf has provided strategic vision and operational oversight while directing the healthcare leadership program during her 8-year tenure at Concordia College in the Offutt School of Business. Before working in higher education, Shelly served as a senior-level leader in various capacities, including healthcare administration. Shelly holds a Doctor of Education from Minnesota State University Moorhead, a Master of Arts in Human Resources from Ottawa University, and a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Concordia College.
