How You Will Fit In
As a Financial Administrator, you will play a vital role working alongside our Director of Finance, maintaining financial data, and providing administrative and technical support. Your primary responsibilities include daily bookkeeping tasks, invoicing customers and managing accounts receivable, manage accounts payable, record daily sales and financial transactions, collect and archive receipts for record keeping, enter data, and create financial reports.
As a Financial Administrator, you may assist with payroll processing, reconciling accounts, budgeting and forecasting revenue. In addition, you will maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
We are looking for a skilled and collaborative Financial Administrator who prides themselves on their attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Prior experience in financial or administrative tasks is helpful but not required. We are happy to provide training for the right candidate.
This full-time role averages 36 hours per week and offers the opportunity to grow professionally while supporting a mission-driven organization focused on teaching, learning, and leadership development.
