Supervisor and Manager Development

We tend to look at great leaders and think that leadership is a natural ability. We do not often see the years of study and practice that it takes to become successful at motivating and inspiring others to reach their potential.

Leadership development is not a moment in time event. Instead, it takes focus, application, and accountability to make it happen. Our workshops are customized to address your specific concerns, issues, vision, and schedule. We can work with you to create an experience that will become an unstoppable force for years to come.

Our blended approach to supervisor and manager development includes virtual or in-person workshops, 360-degree assessments, and online, self-guided modules.

We Promote Application

Our team-based workshops promote application of lessons learned to the participant’s workplace situation. We use film clips, training videos, and movies to help demonstrate the desirable behaviors. Individual and small group exercises are designed to reinforce the learning outcomes and show the participants how to apply the material to their specific situation.
